Que Bueno Mexican Bar and Grill opened their first restaurant in Irmo in 2022 and plan to open their second restaurant soon in the former Comfort Scratch Kitchen location. Sam DeWees Broker-in-Charge at DeWees Real Estate Group represented Que Bueno in the lease. Their new location will have indoor and outdoor patio seating and the ability to host private events in the future.
