A day in the life of our agents often includes:
- Build listing portfolio by connecting with property owners via email and telephone, and attending networking groups
- Respond efficiently and professionally to listing inquiries
- Update and advise clients on listing developments, offers, and leads
- Prepare thoughtful analysis of clients’ properties, including broker opinions of value (BOV), market comparables, and research
- Meet with clients and potential clients to discuss business opportunities
- Coordinate and facilitate listing appointments
- Research local market activity and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals
- Negotiate exclusive listing agreements, leases, and purchase and sales agreements
- Professionally draft and present offers and LOIs on behalf of clients
- Participate in best-in-class training ongoing skills-development workshops, and continued education
